These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beyond Brains application and related services at app.beyondbrains.ai (the "Service"), provided by Beyond Brains, a product of Beyond Solution ("Beyond Brains", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Beyond Brains is an AI knowledge-intelligence platform that captures, transcribes, and indexes meetings, recordings, documents, and messages, and lets you query that knowledge with AI grounded in real sources, with human confirmation of facts.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or record people without required consent.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to misuse AI outputs.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload or capture ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transcribe, index, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for obtaining any necessary consents from meeting participants and other individuals.
5. Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Drive. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans and usage-based credits are billed through our payment processor. Fees are charged in advance or based on usage as described at purchase, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may change with prior notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Beyond Solution and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks or software except the right to use the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Brains and Beyond Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beyond Solution is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
